The CCM TACKS XR80 is made for ambitious intermediate players who want a close, responsive fit with reliable comfort from the first stride. Its ergonomic CORE Boot construction combines lightweight materials and one-piece power transfer for efficient acceleration and confident edge work.
TotalDri Pro moisture management and antimicrobial treatment help keep the interior dry, while multi-layer ADPT Memory Foam ankle pads create a secure, comfortable wrap. A 7 mm felt tongue with lacebite protection and moulded CCM OrthoLite footbed complete the setup.
Built for confident skating
The SpeedBlade XS holder enables quick runner changes. XS1 Pro Stainless runners stand 4 mm taller than a standard runner for increased attack angle and more room to work on tight turns.

Choosing size and fit
The CCM skate size is the key reference; EU shoe size is for guidance only. Available Regular and Wide variations differ in volume: Tapered is the closest, lowest-volume fit, Regular is balanced and Wide provides extra space through the forefoot and instep. The heel and midfoot should feel secure without pressure points or numb toes.
