For the first time since the classic X:60, Bauer's introducing a whole new taper that offers one of the quickest shot releases around. Due to the aggressive taper design, players can now get the puck on net quicker than ever before. Working hand in hand with the QRT (Quick Release Taper) Technology, Bauer's utilizing a dual-density blade core that provides more puck feel, a better overall balance and more durability than the previous generation. The manufacturing process has also been refined, which also helps eliminate the duplication of internal materials; helping to make these fused two-piece sticks play more similar to a true one-piece.
