CCM Super Tacks AS-V Pro Skate Men

Beginning with the Quarter package, CCM will continue to use its exclusive one-piece boot technology designed for the power skater with an explosive stride. The material used here is an RFM composite with carbon. This setup uses high quality materials and will transfer a lot of energy on the ice. Rated 215 on the CCM stiffness scale, the AS-V Pro skates have a thermoformable core to offer a more customized fit.

On the back of the skate, CCM uses a Powerflex tendon guard with carbon for the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro Skates. This increases the range of motion during your stride and leads to more power. In front of your foot, CCM uses a replaceable metaatomic tongue with D3O foam. The tongue is multi-layered and has a thickness of 7 mm. It's designed with an asymmetrical flex point to wrap more tightly around your foot and emphasizes protection with the inclusion of D3O foam.

If we move inside the shoe of the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro skates, you will find a TotalDRI Pro + inner shoe with Polygiene. This material wicks moisture away from your feet, keeping them dry and helping you stay on the ice more easily. It also offers improved durability and the Polygiene treatment keeps odors at bay.

Under your foot in the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro-Skates is a CCM Ortholite Ultralite molded footbed with heel support. The goal here is to be as light as possible while maintaining improved comfort and support. They have achieved this with the AS-V pro skates while also being environmentally conscious by using recycled EVA foam.

Because the CCM Tacks AS-V Pro skates use a one-piece boot, the midsole under your foot is also made of lightweight composite. This is where you really notice the improved energy transfer from a top end skate.

Attached to the one-piece boot, CCM uses its Speedblade XS mount. This design features a quick release Bladelock system for easily swapping out steel on your CCM Tacks AS-V Pro skates.
